8ème étage 1BR Stunner, balcon privé, Ocean Walk

We enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was amazing. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Very convenient location for a quick walk to ocean walk and the boardwalk.

Overall, the property is a great place for a family to stay. Amenities on site offer activities that don’t require you to spend more but you are still close enough to for-pay activities! The host was quick with communications and check in/out was easy. We were unable to find a ramp from the boardwalk to the beach - be ware of that. However, there are two ramps to the pools! You will spot the occasional unhoused person - as to be expected anywhere. The balcony is behind-the-times compared to other units. Functionality of this unit is suitable. The recliner was great for our infant! Towels & bed could use an upgrade. Laundry in the unit was convenient. We will stay again!

Amazing stay for family- or couple! Positive: We had 2 adults, 2 kids (ages 11 & 13). I was worried about booking a 1 bedroom, but this place was quite large. The pullout couch was big enough that there was no fighting. (lol) We are not helicopter parents, but we are also not out of sight, out of mind parents. The resort aspect was large enough that the kids felt like they had their space, small enough that we could at any time look for them and get eyes on them. The facility itself was extremely secure. It is completely fenced in where the pools/waterslide are. There was just the right amount of security at the entrances/exit gates that you felt very comfortable. Negative: Everything was wonderful.

Nice condo, beautiful view at one of my favorite places. Would recommend staying here.
