Oceanfront Haven: 1BR Direct ocean front with private balcony @ The Wyndam Ocean Walk

This was a humbling experience for us to put it lightly. The pillows were stained yellow, the shower curtain was full of mold/ mildew stains, the sofa bed was broken and the air mattress provided in lieu of sofa bed did not stay inflated, the air handler closet was filled with dust you could see all over its door. Pillows and bathroom should be the number one priority when hosting guests so they feel comfortable and clean while sleeping and showering. Also, when my 6 year old closed the dirty shower curtain, it fell down on her. While my husband reinstalled it correctly and she wasn’t hurt, it was dangerous. The ceiling has soft spots where a leak is just waiting to pour in. This place needs a lot of work and should not be a rental. Needless to say, we wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and will not be returning.

Great stay at Daytona condo on the beach! Positive: Lots to do, great location for Daytona Beach. Loved all the pools, easy parking.

Great Place! Positive: Great stay! Loved this condo and the Ocean Walk resort. So much to do and this condo was very cozy. Beds and pillows were very comfy and kitchen was fully stocked to make all my meals. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away to all of my questions. Negative: It rained one day, lol.
