Great communication with the host! Location was fantastic and felt safe with letting teenagers explore on their own. Staff at the condo were very helpful and welcoming, and all the amenities were well taken care of. The large couch and kitchen table were perfect for our party of 8 to hangout together. Plus, you can’t beat the sunrise views!

Wonderful condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect place for our family to stay for our sons college graduation from ERAU! Being within walking distance to the event center and SO many restaurants was wonderful. Free parking saved us so much! My parents who have a home on the gulf side were very jealous of your amazing beach where we all could enjoy taking long walks together on the flat, firm sand beach.
We hope to return to your condo someday!!

We had a great time at this condo! The hosts reached out to let us know they were available if we needed anything at all. Our group had guests ranging from 5 years old to 78 years old. All had a great time. Much more of a "resort" than we had anticipated. There were multiple activities throughout the day, with which we could take part. Great location and amenities!

We stayed in this unit for the first night of our trip, and unfortunately it was in poor condition. We found a dead cockroach in the refrigerator, badly stained carpet, mold in several areas, cracked tiles, stained bedding and towels, and a non-functioning refrigerator in the bedroom kitchen. The bedding was in such poor condition we had to purchase blankets for our children. I also found what appeared to be pubic hair on a bathroom towel. These are not the conditions one expects from a listing called a “newly renovated paradise.”After reaching out, it took about 11 hours (overnight) and a follow-up Vrbo message before I received a reply. The host later acknowledged missing my message the day prior. This was frustrating after a long day of travel. To his credit, Joe responded the next morning, apologized, and gave us two other units to choose from. We moved into another unit, which was an improvement and made our stay tolerable, though it still had issues including a broken microwave, a slow drain, and mold in grout.At my request, Joe issued a partial refund (one night plus cleaning fee and taxes), which we appreciated. While I respect that he processed the refund once asked, the original unit should never have been in that condition, and even the replacement unit was not up to the standard advertised. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. Would I book again with this host? Potentially yes. Joe did make efforts to correct the situation once aware of the problems.
