Marvelous Oceanfront 12th Floor 3BR Retreat at The WyndhamOcean Walk Resort

We had a great stay. The resort was clean and very convenient to get to the beach. Loved the balcony and the oceanview. It was beautiful. It was close to restaurants so no need to drive as everything was within walking distance. Great for a short weekend getaway.

The rooms were very nice and the view was spectacular! The location was also great! There is lots to do with kids and it’s fun for everyone! Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Joe and Mandi’s 3bdrm condo for 4 nights. The AC in the left unit never worked properly and read 80 degrees even though is was set to 70. This was my first time booking with vrbo so I wasn’t sure how to reach the owners however, front desk staff made it clear that they couldn’t resolve any issues. The property wasn’t 5 star as indicated in the listing as the patio furniture continuously unhinged and being on the 12th floor this made me very uncomfortable. The unit itself was not cleaned very well at all. The high touch areas which was supposed to be white was very dirty and my cloth turned dark after wiping everything down. I asked Joe and Mandi to ensure the unit was clean due to me having my in-laws accompany me on this trip. I was embarrassed when the shower and bathrooms needed a scrounge pad to clean the filth from prior renter. Needless to say this wasn’t a good first experience with vrbo, in the future I will pay the extra cost and go to a hotel where someone can correct the situation.

Very nice condo. Just wished the Hall of the building had air conditioning.
