Excellent place to stay with kids Positive: Oceanfront with balcony. Very nice, clean room with washer/dryer, dishwasher plus anything else you would need including a pack of laundry soap and dishwasher cleaner. Pool with slide. Indoor pool. Direct access to beach. Fast check-in. Helpful and polite staff. Game room. Eady access to Oceanwalk Shops, Boardwalk and Pier. Negative: Everything was great.

Worth The Money!! Positive: Oceanfront view, access to everything, multiple pools, plenty of poolside chairs, room equipped with everything, privacy and BEAUTIFUL sunrise view!! Negative: King bed too hard, pull out bed broken, coffee table broken, no shower mat.

We stayed for 9 days Pros: the balcony was perfect views of the beach, the pool, the fireworks, and enough to fit 4 people comfortably. The kitchen has all the necessary things to cook with. The fridge had an ice maker (which should be added the to description which was fantastic). The in house washer and dryer was perfect. The host responded immediately to any of our concerns. The location was right at the center of everything. Cons: advertised a pull out couch but it was broken. I read from another review the same thing therefore it was not corrected nor was it told to us as being a previous issue. They did provide an air mattress but I didn’t pay to sleep on an air mattress for 9 days. There were 4 of us and one bed. Housekeeping did not do a good job (left used 1/2 roll toilet paper and paper towels, the floor and dryer had sand, the extra sheets for the air mattress was clearly used and not washed). There was hair on the bathroom sink and bath tub indicating they did not clean it. Although we were not happy on how housekeeping left the condo, there was a vacuum which we used for the floor and I brought cleaning products and Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom myself. I would still recommend the condo but suggest to either expect to clean it better yourself or ask the host to ensure the cleaning is done properly and the extra “starter” items such as toilet paper not be used by previous guests. And confirm the sleeping accommodations.

The pullout bed was not functional, it looks like someone patched it to try and fix it. The host had no idea..The pullout mattress was disgusting with mold on it.The host informed me someone was going to come fix the issues but never showed up or responded back to me or tried to make things right.. would not recommend

Enjoyed our stay at the beach! Unit was very clean. Comfortable. The AC stopped working, so I messaged the owner. Someone was there in15 minutes, and it was working in another 15 minutes! Could not have been a better rental. Will stay here again!
